Jefferson joined Reynolds Wealth Management in 2024 and is a founder of Hankins & Boggs Group. He began working in the financial service industry in 2004. He holds the Certified Financial Planner™ Certification, one of the most respected financial planning credentials and the recognized standard of excellence in personal financial planning.

When working with his clients, Jefferson takes time to understand both personal and financial goals to help them plan for their future. His areas of focus include financial planning, retirement & income planning, investment management, and protection planning.

Jefferson graduated from Manchester College with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and an Associate of Arts in Computer Applications.

Committed to community work, Jefferson serves as a treasurer of Kosciusko Community Foundation. He is involved with Big Brothers Big Sisters and Launchpad, a child care and early learning coalition.

Jefferson lives in Warsaw, IN with his wife, Miranda, and two daughters. He enjoys volunteering at First Christian Church of Warsaw. His other interests include sports and classic cars.
